The drying room is able to accommodate 20 drying trolleys at the same time. Each drying trolley has 16 layers, which can spread a total of 345.6 square meters of effective material surface. The drying capacity of one batch of orange peels can reach 4 tons, which greatly improves the production efficiency.

 

In order to ensure the even distribution of hot air in the drying room, the mainframe is equipped with a whole wall of large air volume fans. These fans are able to cycle forward and reverse at regular intervals, keeping away from the trouble caused by turning over and transferring. By circulating the drying process, it makes the drying process more efficient and saves energy.

 

 

The heat source of this drying equipment is biomass pellets. It warms up quickly without being affected by the winter temperature, easily reaches the set temperature, and the drying cost is still low. In the mainframe, the biomass pellets are burned and fully exchanged to produce clean hot air. This design is not only environmentally friendly, but also ensures the quality of the hot air.

Intelligent control system can monitor the drying temperature, humidity and other parameters, and adjust the drying process in real time according to the set drying process. After setting, it only needs one button to start and wait for the drying to complete.
