I. Pre-processing of Freshwater Fish before Drying

  1. Selecting High-quality Fish

First, select high-quality fish that are suitable for drying. Fish such as carp, mandarin fish, and silver carp are good choices. These fish have fine meat, good texture, and are easy to dry. Try to choose fresh fish to ensure quality.

  1. Processing Fish

II. Drying Process of Freshwater Fish

  1. Pre-drying

Place the processed fish in a well-ventilated area for 1-2 hours to remove excess moisture. After pre-drying, proceed with drying.

  1. Oven Drying

Place the fish on a clean baking sheet and put it in the oven for drying. Control the temperature at around 60°C and adjust the time according to the size and thickness of the fish. It usually takes 2-3 hours. Periodically flip the fish to ensure even drying.
