After visit a soba noodles factory, customer was very satisfied with their products quality and our drying system, and the owner of noodle factory also introduced some drying methods and solutions. Now costumer is drying vermicelli according to it on the machine in our factory.
Customers hang up their vermicelli and because this one dryer is a regular model, not designed for dry noodles or vermicelli, So it’s explained to customer that the dried vermicelli will be slightly bent after drying.
Customer are like the dried effect, and understanding the slightly bent after drying.
