5. Plate: Place the dried radish on a tray with a thickness of 3-5 cm to ensure uniform drying of the material;
6. Drying: Set the temperature to 37 degrees Celsius, and it takes about 4-6 hours to dry a batch; the moisture content of the dried radish is between 15%-20%, which means the drying is complete.
