What’s Phellodendron?

Phellodendron is the dry bark of the yellow bark of rutaceae family. It has the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying, discharging fire and drying dampness. Phellodendron is mainly divided into Chuanhe and Guanhe Phellodendron. The main producing area of Chuanhe Phellodendron is in the east of Sichuan Province in China and it is born in the mixed wood forest above 900 meters above altitude.

Drying Scene

The worker will cut the Phellodendron into strips and lay it on the stacked drying car, and then push it into the drying room.

This drying room is equipped with 12 stacked drying cart. It can be dried 4 tons Phellodendron one batch.

The heat source is 25P air energy dryer, which is heated quickly and has good moisture discharge effect. The equipment has a built-in waste heat recovery device, which can recover and heat the waste heat energy and re-enter the circulating air system through the fan, that can save energy consumption and low operating cost. And also, it produces the pure hot air to dry material, making it clean and pollution-free

Equipped with intelligent controller, it is automatic to control the temperature and humidity according to the preset drying process, and there’s no need for manual turning operation, which improved the drying efficiency.
