Customers build their own drying kang, suitable for drying root herbs. The front and sides of the drying bed are made of removable wooden boards, which is convenient for loading and unloading.

Two kangs are capable of drying 4-5 tonnes of rhubarb in one batch, and only need to be connected to a biomass hot air oven to achieve low-cost, economical rhubarb drying.

Traditional direct fire drying methods often bring dust and sparks, which directly affects the quality of herbs. This biomass hot air oven outputs heat through internal conversion, producing clean hot air. It is sent into the bottom of the bed through two fans in front to achieve even heating of materials, thus ensuring the quality and efficiency of herb drying.

This hot air oven is not only efficient, but also easy to operate. Intelligent controller accurately controls the drying process, just set up the drying process, one button start, and then it can complete the automatic temperature control and moisture removal. No need to spend a lot of human resources and time, saving costs and improving the drying efficiency.
