Description
Our company has developed the Red-Fire series drying room which is highly acclaimed domestically and globally. It is designed for tray-type drying and features a unique left-right/right-left periodic alternating hot air circulation system. The generated hot air cycles to ensure even heating and rapid dehydration in all directions. Automatic temperature and humidity control significantly reduces energy consumption. This product holds a utility model patent certificate.
Advantages
1.The control system adopts PLC programming + LCD touch screen, which can set up to 10 segments of temperature and humidity settings. Parameters can be adjusted according to the different properties of the stuff that make the drying process is not affected by external environmental factors, ensuring excellent color and high quality of the finished product.
2.One button start for unattended operation, automation, The machine stops after finish set drying program. It can be equipped with a remote control system, mobile app remote monitoring.
3.Left-right/right-left 360° alternating hot air circulation, ensuring uniform heating of all stuffs in the drying room, avoiding uneven temperature and mid-process adjustment.
4.The circulation fan take a high-temperature resistant, high-airflow, long-life axial flow fan, ensuring sufficient heat and rapid temperature rise in the drying room.

Drying Cases
The thermal air convection type A intermittent discharge rotary dryer is a fast dehydrating and drying device developed by our company special for granular, twig-like, flake-like, and other solid stuffs. It consists of six parts: feeding system, transmission system, drum unit, heating system, dehumidifying and fresh air system, and control system. The feeding system starts and the transmission motor rotates forward to convey stuffs into the drum. After that, the feeding system stops and the transmission motor continues to rotate forward, tumbling stuffs. At the same time, the hot air system start to work, make new hot air enters the interior through holes on the drum to fully contact the stuff, transferring heat and removing moisture, the exhaust gas enters the heating system for secondary heat recovery. After the humidity reaches the emission standard, the dehumidifying system and fresh air system start simultaneously. After sufficient heat exchange, the humid air is discharged, and the preheated fresh air enters the hot air system for secondary heating and utilization. After the drying is completed, the hot air circulation system stops working, and the transmission motor reverses to discharge stuffs, completing this drying operation.
