Description

The thermal air convection type A intermittent discharge rotary dryer is a fast dehydrating and drying device developed by our company special for granular, twig-like, flake-like, and other solid stuffs. It consists of six parts: feeding system, transmission system, drum unit, heating system, dehumidifying and fresh air system, and control system. The feeding system starts and the transmission motor rotates forward to convey stuffs into the drum. After that, the feeding system stops and the transmission motor continues to rotate forward, tumbling stuffs. At the same time, the hot air system start to work, make new hot air enters the interior through holes on the drum to fully contact the stuff, transferring heat and removing moisture, the exhaust gas enters the heating system for secondary heat recovery. After the humidity reaches the emission standard, the dehumidifying system and fresh air system start simultaneously. After sufficient heat exchange, the humid air is discharged, and the preheated fresh air enters the hot air system for secondary heating and utilization. After the drying is completed, the hot air circulation system stops working, and the transmission motor reverses to discharge stuffs, completing this drying operation.
